About Sapphire

With experience in public accounting as well as private-sector business, I have a breadth and depth of business knowledge not easily found elsewhere. I hold a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting from Portland State University.

A sixth generation Oregonian, I found a renewed appreciation for the beauty of the Pacific Northwest after living in Texas for two and a half years. A woman of many interests, I am a huge Oregon Ducks fan, Mom to two incredible girls, an avid reader, karaoke master, and regular Pendleton Round-Up attendee.

In 2018, we welcomed our second beautiful daughter into our family. Also in the midst of an extensive home repair/remodel at the time, I quickly realized the value of increased flexibility, less stress, and being able to spend more time with my family. From this, Sapphire Bookkeeping & Business Solutions was conceived – it would afford me the opportunity to channel my skills and passion into custom business solutions for chosen clients, set an entrepreneurial example for my daughters, and give me the flexibility to more effectively manage all of life’s curve balls.
